Shipping Information
Shipping
We ship our goods within Germany, Europe, and worldwide.
Shipping is carried out primarily via DHL. In selected cases, shipping may alternatively be handled by DPD or other shipping service providers.
Shipping categories are defined as follows:
Germany (DE)
Europe (EU)
Worldwide (WORLD)
For shipments in the WORLD category, a paid premium shipping option may be available. Express shipping can be offered upon request and is subject to additional charges.
Delivery to parcel lockers (Packstation) is possible.
Please note that, for logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a tracking number.
Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed during the checkout process. No flat-rate shipping fees are applied.
For end customers, shipping is free under the following conditions:
Germany: from an order value of €150 (standard shipping)
Europe: from an order value of €300 (premium shipping)
Worldwide: from an order value of €600 (standard shipping, optional premium shipping available)
Islands and non-EU countries within Europe are classified under the WORLD shipping category.
Additional Services and Information
Your shipment is insured by DHL up to a value of €500. In case of loss, the shipping provider is liable up to this amount.
Additional transport insurance (e.g. up to €2,500) can be booked optionally.
Additional charges (e.g. island surcharges) may apply for deliveries to island addresses.
For deliveries outside the European Union, invoices are issued without German VAT. Additional costs such as import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and must be borne by the customer. Please contact your local customs authority for further information.
For shipments with a value exceeding €1,000, additional costs for customs documentation may apply. These costs will be displayed during checkout.
Delivery to a country different from the billing address is not possible.
Transport Damage
Despite careful packaging, transport damage may occur in rare cases.
Please inspect the goods upon receipt. Visible transport damage should be reported directly to the delivery service provider upon delivery if possible.

We will take care of the matter as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time
Delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.
Processing time is generally 1–3 business days.
Typical delivery times are:
Germany: 1–2 business days
Europe: 2–5 business days
Worldwide: 5–14 business days
Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs clearance.
