Would you like to return an item? Below you will find all important information regarding returns.
Returns within the Right of Withdrawal
Within your statutory right of withdrawal, you may return items within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Please refer to our cancellation policy for detailed conditions.
Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Return Process
1. Please inform us in advance by email at info@scs-m2.de about your return.
2. Pack the goods securely for transport, preferably in the original packaging.
3. Send the goods to the following address:

4. Please keep the proof of shipment until the return process has been completed.
Important Notes
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods.
If possible, return the goods complete with all accessories.
Returns sent freight collect will not be accepted.
These notes are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Transport Damage and Complaints
If your goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [info@scs-m2.de](mailto:info@scs-m2.de).
If possible, please send us photos of the damaged goods and the packaging.
We will take care of the issue as quickly as possible.
Exclusions
Please note that the right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain products, such as:
* individually manufactured products
* personalized items
